B&B Casale Santamettole

The House of "Santamettole" was an ancient place to rest until it was remodelled into a farm. Its origin dates back to 1700 AD and it is located in the hills of the Mugello and has remained untouched behind beautiful art filled city of Florence (25 minutes away).

The property, now upgraded with outstanding modifications in the direction of tourist accommodation, is surrounded by a wonderful and exciting landscape that includes mountains, hills and green valleys, with uncontaminated pure air. The atmosphere, colors, sounds, and smells make this truly a magical place.

In order to ensure privacy and relaxation, the pure unspoiled farm complex fortunately insists on an isolated fenced in perimeter that is accessed via a private road. Consistent with the holiday greenery, the farm overlooks a gorgeous promontory level curve with exclusive, charming, and picturesque scenery.

The entire property is surrounded by a beautiful garden decorated with floral ornaments and boundary hedges which make the location extremely safe and suitable for families with children. There is a nice swimming pool (7x12 m) excavated in the fascinating hills overlooking the farm and stone solarium equipped with elegant  sunbeds and umbrellas.

An ancient and typical Tuscan porch square, furnished with sofas and tables is available for guests to relax day and night.

The Farm Santamettole is only 30 km(18.64 m) from Florence and it takes about 25 minutes to reach the Florentine city centre. Even Siena, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Montalcino, as well as the Tuscan coast are easily accessible.
